The Mad Tea Party

Sugar cakes of pink, purple and blue, rainbow colored sprinkles on the tops. I am setting the table now with oversized tea cups, and a teapot that resembles a beehive. I am hoping for many guest as there are dozens of chairs to be filled. The honey jar is full and the sugar cubes are piled high. I must have a tablecloth trimmed in lace with large napkins for our laps.

The head chair is for the Hatter, and the tiny chair for the rat. Also a highchair for the babyblue. I am dressed in my checkered dress with the white apron, and have a giant pink bow for my pony tail.

Cookies draped in cinnamon, peppermint sticks in many colors, and tiny sandwiches with green and purple insides. Big plates with flowers on them, pastel bowls filled with crunchy bits. Chocolate chips on pies, with chocolate syrup drippings on top.

Everyone must wear a hat, we have to eat with gloves on, all shoes are required to be high heels, and stockings are striped. Jewelry will be manditory, multiple bracelets and several necklaces must be worn. A ring for every finger will be considered polite, with large stones for settings. Bows, ribbons and bells may be borrowed from the Hostesss, as well as bibs.

The party starts at midnight on All Hallows Eve, You are expected to bring a gift for the High Priestess, you should bring an uninvited guest, and a pet. Expect to stay the night, share a bed, and consume mass quantities.

On the following day, do not expect to find the hostess, or try to say goodby. You may take home with you anything you wish from the house. Try not to clean up the mess because this will bring you bad luck, or injury.

Hope to see you all there and high, with smiles, bright faces and wonderful appetites.
